Bethany Chapel is in a rebuilding season. While prayerfully restructuring our Serve Team, we are seeking, training, and adding leaders and volunteers. Pastor Paul Vicente, alongside the pastoral team, ministry leaders, and administrative team, are committed to spiritual growth and community service (photos and more info to follow).
Our Pastoral Team
Pastor paul is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. he became the Lead Pastor of bethany chapel on april 19th, 2026. Prior to coming to Bethany, he served at full life oxnard for seventeen years--twelve years as lead pastor and five as associate pastor. he was also a youth pastor in san jose, california. Pastor paul is married to stephanie, and together they have two children.he HOLDS a diploma in biblical studies & ministry from capital Bible College in sacramento. He is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with the hurting in our local community and reaching the next generation. he desires to inspire believers who want to deepen their faith and grow closer to God. he is passionate about sharing the gospel and pointing people to the love of Jesus.
